The mission of Hoy Eye Center is to constantly upgrade our facilities and expand our services to meet the eye care needs of the Belizean public. Hoy Eye Center (HEC) operates from a modern 4,000sq. ft. facility, complete with a fully functional operating theater and optic laboratory in a prime location in central Belize City. State-of-the-art optical, surgical and laboratory equipment, coupled with dedicated and highly motivated professionals has quickly led to HEC becoming the premier eye care provider in Belize. Today we enjoy the majority market share of eye care provision.

Hoy Eye Center is located in Belize City at the corner of St. Thomas and St. Joseph Streets, where we have the latest visual examination equipment and a fully prepared operating theatre capable of handling any eye surgery, whether scheduled or emergency.
